Yididiya Abay is a highly motivated and results-oriented professional who seamlessly blends her extensive experience in pediatric physiotherapy with a strong background in strategic communication and partnership development within the non-profit sector. Her career is marked by a deep commitment to enhancing the well-being of children and a proven ability to drive impactful change through both direct clinical care and collaborative organizational strategies. Building upon three years of hands-on experience as a pediatric physiotherapist, Yididiya possesses a comprehensive understanding of child development, rehabilitation techniques, and the nuanced needs of young patients and their families. This clinical foundation has been enriched by her subsequent roles as a Communication Officer and Partnership Director at a local NGO, where she cultivated crucial skills in crafting compelling narratives, fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders, and spearheading collaborative initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. Her ability to translate complex information into accessible communication strategies, coupled with her talent for building mutually beneficial partnerships, has consistently amplified organizational impact. Yididiya's experience includes one and a half years at Ada Vance’s physiotherapy clinic, eight months with the Ayzon Foundation, and four years in home care settings, further solidifying her practical expertise and adaptability within varied healthcare environments.
Tsigereda Alemayhu (Hannah) is a highly experienced and dedicated early childhood education professional with over 14 years of hands-on teaching experience. She has worked with Head to Toe and Little Einsteins School, specializing in the HighScope curriculum, and holds certifications in both Montessori and Person Education approaches. Tsigereda also served as General Manager at Busy Bees School for over a year, where she is a co-founder and shareholder. In this leadership role, she played a key part in shaping the school’s vision, establishing educational standards, and ensuring operational excellence. She is currently transitioning into a leadership role as Marketing and Curriculum Manager at Little Heroes International Daycare & Preschool, a HighScope- and Montessori-inspired center serving international families. In this capacity, she oversees educational quality, staff development, and strategic marketing efforts to strengthen the center’s brand presence and family engagement. As a mother of four, Tsigereda brings a deep personal understanding of child development that complements her extensive professional background. She is recognized for her commitment to nurturing children’s growth through structured, play-based, and child-centered learning. Her leadership style emphasizes team collaboration, parent trust, and the delivery of high-quality early education.
Eyassu Yemanebrehan is the Early Preschoolers teacher at Little Heroes Daycare. He has been an early childhood educator for the past 11 years. He began his career as an assistant teacher for the first three years and has been working as a lead teacher for the past eight years.Throughout his career, Eyassu has worked with several programs, including Head to Toe and Little Einstein, where he focused on supporting children’s growth through play, creativity, and exploration. He is very passionate about working with children and is dedicated to creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that helps every child reach their full potential.
Little Heroes International Daycare was founded by a seasoned entrepreneur with a strong background in import and export, known for attention to detail, high standards, and operational excellence. While their professional roots were in international business, their true passion emerged in early childhood education—particularly in creating a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment for young children.
